  Went in on several occasions and customer service has been horrible! Have heard manager curse in front of customers, went in today and room full of customers and the two working was setting together at desk on speaker phone on hold and one employee said nothing we can do we r on hold was in there for over a hour holding a sleeping 2 year old and no one was helped! Left went to Kmart came back 30 minutes later to same scene still both them setting doing nothing while customers r leaving cause of lack of wanting to help
